Anti-Slavery Policy Statement

1) Introduction

a) Modern slavery is a crime and violation of human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking.
b) Improv4Business has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery.
c) We are committed to ethical business practices, transparency in our supply chains, and complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
d) We expect the same high standards from our suppliers, partners, and contractors.
e) This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf — including employees, directors, contractors, interns, and consultants.
f) This policy does not form part of an employee contract and may be amended at any time.

2) Responsibility for the Policy

a) Improv4Business has overall responsibility for this policy and ensuring compliance.
b) Management is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing it.
c) Line managers must ensure their teams understand the policy and receive any necessary training.
d) Staff are encouraged to suggest improvements or raise queries by contacting the Company Director.

3) Scope of This Policy

a) This policy applies to all employees, agency workers, interns, consultants, suppliers, and partners.
b) It is not contractually binding and may be updated at the discretion of the Company.

4) Compliance with This Policy

a) All staff must read, understand, and comply with this policy.
b) Everyone has a duty to report concerns or suspicions about modern slavery.
c) Concerns should be reported to a line manager or the Company Director.
d) Concerns can also be raised through the company’s Whistleblowing Policy.
e) We support and protect anyone reporting issues in good faith, even if they turn out to be mistaken.
f) Detrimental treatment of whistleblowers is prohibited. Any such treatment should be reported immediately.
g) Employees may also use the formal Grievance Procedure if concerns are not resolved.

5) Communication and Awareness

a) Training on this policy will be provided where necessary.
b) We communicate our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners.

6) Breaches of This Policy

a) Any employee breaching this policy may face disciplinary action, including dismissal.
b) We may terminate relationships with partners, suppliers, or contractors if they violate this policy.
